The next morning we decided to have a pancake breakfast. It worked out perfectly seeing as most everyone was a little hungover from the night before. We made bacon, eggs, pancakes, and Grace made her special German apple pancake. Oh and real maple syrup. Everything was delicious and definitely hit the spot. Jeff brought some champagne so we also made mimosas! It happened to be Father’s Day so we were all celebrating in a way although there were no Father’s amongst us.
